After talking with a few eye doctors I’m considering PRK or Lasik instead of implanted lenses. PRK appeals to me because it seems the safest (they don’t cut a flap in your cornea) and the oldest, best understood of the three. The main disadvantage is that it takes a few uncomfortable days to heal, but with potentially less risk for dry eyes in the following months.
Either way I don’t see how I’m not going to do this.
I did LASIK about 4 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my entire life. You’re going to love it.
